(More customer reviews)I used this product and following the directions for dosage it worked great. I've used prescription medication for my chronic constipation problems and this product works better. It was gentle and I took it at a time when I knew I would be home for results the first time. After that I could time when I took it to make sure I was home for the results. I wasn't in the bathroom all day or anything, I just prefer to be at home when I have to go, not at work. I think a lot of people do, so as I said before, it works great.
