(More customer reviews)If you like the almond variety sweet and salty bars that are out there, then you will like these. The other brands like planters are way too sweet for me and cause my blood sugar to spike. These are not to sweet or salty and are low glycemic so they don't make me sleepy. Great for a quick snack or breakfast.
