(More customer reviews)I have used Pak, Stak, Flex, Nitro, and Pump. I have also learned a lot since I started training that I think will be valuable to others. First, this is a product that is supposed to help with strength and mass building. It is not Pump and doesn't give you an energy boost like Pump does when you're working out because that isn't its purpose.It did however, help me get results fast (increased muscle mass)in a month after putting on weight from an injury. It also helped me increase my strength. During this time I ate a fairly clean high protein diet and did 30 mins of cardio about 3-4 days a week. I slept around 7 hours and learned that more sleep helped training more than anything else. Something that the [...] website also advocates. My recommendation is that this product does what its supposed to, but you have to understand how to use it and your training.Tons of great advice and info on the [...] site and a blog if you need any advice. They even give you full workouts without signing up. Awesome!
