You dont view a Cheeto the same way when you are done. Experienced lots of energy, overall good feeling, flat tummy, felt ready to start my nutrition over with no junk food. Booklet very helpful, and instructions great and fiber and detox pills kept me a little full. Follow the instructions and you will feel great. All natural products. A little pricey but you can do several detox with one box. My husband and I have done them around Jan. 2 and after the July 4th.
