It gives you lots of energy (contains more caffiene than I'm used to in a day), but I have not noticed any appetite suppression at all. In fact, I'm hungrier during the day when I take a pill than when I wasn't taking this. I have been exercising more, but not enough to burn the extra calories that I eat.
