(More customer reviews)I work in a high stress job and have been steadily gaining weight for the last 5 years. My biggest problem was that I never felt full. I could eat half a large pizza by myself and still not feel full. Since I started taking body choice weight loss, I now feel full. I can still choose to overeat, but I do have a stopping point that I must make a conscious effort to cross. I think this fact more than any other has helped me lose weight. Also, I used to get sick with colds and sinus infections 3 to 4 times during the fall and winter. I'm now down to 0 or 1 time a year. Even if it is not helping me lose weight, it has helped my overall health, and I like it. It tastes good so I remember to take it more often than regular pill vitamins. I would recommend it to anyone who wants better overall health regardless of whether or not they want to lose weight.
