I decided to continue my diet (lots of raw vegetables & fruits and spring water) with the Standard Process Post-purification program (it includes multivitamins & minerals, omega3 oil supplements, GastroFiber and SP Complete shakes). After I tried SP Purification Kit, I became a huge fan of Standard Process products -- organic wholefood supplements & vitamins of the high quality!
