Well to date I have lost 43 lbs and have lowered my cholesterol and blood pressure. I am no longer pre-diabetic and I feel great! My mom just started who is 74 and she has lost 15 lbs so far. I am kinda Homeopathic and tend to lean more toward the natural side of things. I don't even use a Microwave!! We don't have one in the house. The ingredients are 100% natural. So right now I am no longer pre Diabetic, nor have high cholesterol or high blood pressure. As a matter of fact I went from a 44/46 inch waist to a 36/38. I have more energy and I feel awesome!!
