(More customer reviews)I usually freeze/chill my protein bars, just for taste & texture but this one should definitely be eaten at room temperature. The bar has a pretty good taste except for the outer layer (cinnamon bun frosting). It has a slight "dry milk mix" or baby formula taste to it that a bit hard to describe. I am not a fan of the 8g of fat but with 0 sugar & only 160 calories, I had to at least try it.
