(More customer reviews)Great product. Used the first 18 packs daily. Lost about 8 lbs, suppressed my appetite and was hungry for more healthy foods. Though I was having difficulty sleeping the first week because I was taking it later in the morning. Now i take it first thing in the morning in an empty stomach, by the time I have to be in bed i did not have a hard time sleeping. I now take it every other day or more when I feel I have more craving for food. It has been 2 months now and I have lost a total of 14 lbs. and losing weight on the right places. Thanks to this product..it works for me.
