(More customer reviews)My husband and I both used this product in conjunction with Jordan Rubin's 10 day perfect cleanse eating plan as described in his book Perfect Weight America. That is the way this product is intended to be used. It is unfortunate to see so many bad reviews on a great product. I have been diagnosed with gastrointestinal problems and this product was very safe and gentle and with the menu he explains in his book to go along with the product, I lost 4 pounds and my husband lost an amazing 12 pounds! We both had a little headache and feelings of tiredness during the first three days as our bodies were getting used to the no sugar, no caffeine, no white flour, etc. diet. After day three my energy level skyrocketed and I felt great! You must stick with his eating plan and be drinking 3/4 an ounce of water per pound of body weight while taking this product. I hope this review will help people who are considering a safe and effective way to cleanse their bodies. The plan works but you must have the discipline to follow it.
