(More customer reviews)I have been taking them for a while now i have been over weight all my life and my eating habits are a total difference i dont eat as much and im not hungry all the time. The one thing i do have to say is that they do make you thirsty which is a good thing drink lots of water no soda if you do decide to take them. Also before i use to sleep a lot and always be tired now i have lots of energy!!! buy them they work !!!! I have lost about 40 pounds and keep losing more everyone who i know takes them have lost weight. Believe it
